Upperlimit calculation in root by Feldman-Cousins approach

Hi, FeldmanCousins.C macro calculates upper limit on signal yield using the Feldman-Cousins approach. This follows the paper PRD V57 #7, p3873-3889. But this macro doesn’t take care of systematic uncertainty. Is it possible for someone to include systematic uncertainty in upper limit estimation using this FeldmanCousins.C macro? Feldman-Cousins of 2 POI Method

Dear Experts, I am working in the B Physics group. In our analysis, we want to perform a study on “Feldman- Cousins of two POI methods”, for which I am not sure about the technical procedure.
