There is histfactory examples in $ROOTSYS//tutorials/histfactory/
May be @moneta can give more hints.

Hi,
If you want to just compute the MC fractions, maybe the TFractionFitter class is better for you and easier.
We don’t have a tutorial for TFractionFitter, but a good example is for example this one

Yes I have done the tfractionfitter, but i am not sure about the error propagation in it. That’s why I want to try the histfactory method for cross check.
