Worlking of SetGraphColorAlpha()?

I have the code drawAlpha.C to draw a graph with F option with a transparent color.
I set the alpha, but it doesn’t work.
Please have a look.

See at the end of the transparency doc: The transparency is available on all platforms when the flag OpenGL.CanvasPreferGL is set to 1 in $ROOTSYS/etc/system.rootrc , or on Mac with the Cocoa backend. On the file output it is visible with PDF, PNG, Gif, JPEG, SVG, TeX … but not PostScript.

Color Intensity With Multigraphics

In summary, the code which I uploaded works, but one needs to save it as PDF/PNG/… to see the effects.

Exactly, Transparency does not work with X11. You can use OpenGL though.
