Will graphviz be removed from ROOT? Is there any other libraries alternative to it?

Yes, and it has already been removed in the master branch. However, this does not mean that things in ROOT that generate graphs will stop working, but the classes in graf2d/gviz (e.g. TGraphStruct) will no longer be supported.

the TGraphStruct in tutorial/graphs/graphstruct.C should be removed.
