When I use the HistFactory, I’m confused about the StatError in that. Does that mean the Poisson uncertainty in each bin? But I don’t open StatError, what’s the form of likelihood?

StatError is for representing the statistical uncertainty in the MC predictions that are inputs to the HistFactory. See section 2 of the histFactory guide
