The ProfileLikelihoodCalculator can deliver the PLC upper and lower limits for
central intervals. What about the one sided upper limit? One can shift the
CL (eg from 0.95 to 0.9) for the symmetrical shapes, which is rarely the case.
Is it possible to get the minimum of LR(s) from the PLC and set the poi range in the profiling (S>Smin) ?

Yes, it should be possible to get one-sided 95% upper limits (as opposed to the upper end of a two-sided interval). This is discussed in detail here:
