TSpectrum background at the first and last bin

Dear ROOTers,

I’ve recently started using TSpectrum for background estimation of some signal changing in time (so not spectral analysis). It works nicely, apart from the fact, that the estimated background seems to equal data in the first and last bin, making a signal-background always 0 for those bins. I wonder, if this is normal behaviour and can I do something to avoid it?
