I am wondering whether there is an easy way to “toggle” categories in a RooSimultaneous fit? My situation is that I have data from N different detectors, each of which share some signal and background components. I have organized data from each detector into a separate RooCategory, which is used in the fit of the RooSimultaneous object. I want to study the effects of removing certain detectors/categories from my fits.
Obviously, I could just define a new RooSimultaneous object for each configuration, but it would be somewhat simpler if there were a way to just toggle the inclusion of each category.
