TimeDisplay in TCanvas: Event StatusBar

Hi Rooters,

I propose for TCanvas::DrawEventStatus to print for
TH1, TAxis, TGraph instead of x,y values of the mouse position
the x value as AsSQLString() if GetTimeDisplay() is true.

If this is considered useful I’d provide the code via a Git PR
