TGraph: Print Coordinate Values and Data Points

Dear Root-Experts,

for a TGraph-object I would like print the numerical values of the coordinates nearby to the drawn points. Is there any simple solution such as just setting a draw-option? If yes, would it also be possible to merely print the x- or y-coordinate, respectively.

It exist for histograms. It is the option TEXT. But that’s not implemented for TGraph.

Note that you can very easily see the coordinates of the points on your graphs by selecting the option “Event Status bar” in the canvas “View” menu.
