It does not seem a Fedora 37 version, is provided on the download page. Maybe other people here can give you more details, but, in the end, you may need to install it from sources.

That is not true:

$: dnf list root
Available Packages
root.x86_64                                                         6.26.10-1.fc37                                                         updates
