I use the print method for creating a gif and eps file of my canvas, but I’ve found that the resulting gif image doesn’t include an axis. This isn’t the case for the eps file, which turns out fine however.
This problem doesn’t show up when saving a canvas as a gif file manually (by way of several mouse clicks), but that can get very tedious when I have 20+ canvases!
Could you indicate which version you are using?
In case you use something older than 5.13/06, try this version first.
If you are already using this version or newer, send a script reproducing
your problem.

It might be that you are facing a bug with text clipping in PS files. I am working on it right now. But as Rene said, send us a small script showing your problem.
