Position and color of stat panel for 2 overlap histograms

Hi all,

I have a problem with the Statistical Panel.
I have the overlap of 2 histograms, I want to see the statistical option with different color and in 2 different position.
With only 1 histogram I use gStyle and there are not problem, but with 2 histograms? Do you have any suggestions?
