I got 42 datasets (RooDataSet). Is it possible to normalized a pdf that i used with respect only to the two datasets only and then plot it with the same RooPlot as others PDF.

Hi,
I am not sure I understand your question correctly. You can normalise a pdf with respect some observables (i.e. some of the variables of the pdf) and a given range.
