Meaning of SetMinimum

Hello ROOTers,

I have a doubt. I need to modify this scatter plot:

in order to pronounce the accumulation of events around 9 MeV. To do this, I was advised to modify the SetMinimum parameter, by default it is set to -1111, right?

What does this parameter consist of? What criterion should I change it according to?

If i change it, for example to 550, the scatter plot disappear. Someone can help me?

SetMinimum() change the minimum of the histogram. By default -1111 means "lets ROOT compute it"automatically. Any other value will set it. Your maximum is 12 if you change the minimum to something greater than 12 of course all will disappear…
