Make hadd without merging histogram

Is there a option in order to make a hadd of root file to only merge TDirectories and not the histograms?

May be one of the command line tools listed here may be use instead of hand:

No, unfortunately not. There is only the -T option to not merge TTrees. Depending on what you want, you could use the TFileMerger directly to do what you want, however.
