I would say you should look at:
User Control Panel / Overview / Manage Suscriptions
Also check the email address you registered with …

I have the list of Topics I posted but it is very inconvenient to
mark each time the topics I want to subscript. It should be done by
default for all the topics posted by a user I think.

I think for me the subscription was some how automatic … If it was not, I do not remember I did it …
