Issue with installing ROOT in conda in windows

Hello,
I had problem with installing ROOT in my windows 11. The problem is that conda-forge channel produces an error, says that root is no available.
I have followed the instructions in the web, and also installed mamba, but it seems that the package is not available.

There error’s message is:
PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels: default - conda-forge

Can you please help me what’s wrong? I’ve heard that installing PythonRoot for windows is very troublesome.

Otherwise you can install a pre-compiled binary. Note that it requires Python 3.11
