Is there opportunity to use Russian language in root?

I want to save graph in .pdf format with Russian title.
Is there opportunity to do this in root?

Yes you can generate Russian text as shown here:
root.cern.ch/doc/master/classTMathText.html

The only limitation is that you should use PostScript (or png)… not PDF.
