I have many similar histograms and each contains a few peaks, a pedestal peak(the most left one, corresponds to noise) and other peaks (in the right side of the pedestal peak)correspond to deposited energy.
Currently, I’d like to zoom in the pedestal peak to see the RMS of the noise peak. Of course, I want to do it automatically, for instance, by calling a function with a few parameters such as the peak’s central position and its number of events etc.
Could you please tell me how to do it ?
