Installing root on MAC OS X 10.10.4

When i attempt to install root, i keep receiving this error message.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? If so, how did you go by fixing it?

Which ROOT version ?
Using configure/make ? cmake ?

You need to install Xcode command line tools.

I am trying to install version 5.43.32

Would i do this before or after i accept the license & agreements of XCode through my terminal?

I guess after installing Xcode, and each subsequent upgrade.
