Hi,
The method Draw in the ROOT v5.34/22 at Mac OS X 10.9.5 (retina display) creates annoying image artifacts. On the attached picture you may see separate markers under the plot (look at abscissa around 30,75,155,160,165,175). These artifacts depend on the size of the canvas, etc. I attached macro with data file which reproduces the problem, picture is also attached (there are just 2 artifacts now at 30 and 125).

Correction: the version v5.34.18 also creates similar artifacts, just different pattern. The macro event.C shows them in v5.34.18 as well.

*******************************************With both the Cocoa and the X11 version of ROOT and I do not see the “artifacts” your are talking about. I attached a screen dump of what I get. See to me it is fine…
