I modified my TH1D in existing *.root file with TBrowser.But when I closed the Browser , it become back? How to save my modified TH1D into my existing *.root files with TBrowser?

To save some histogram in a existing .root file you will need to open that file with the option “UPDATE”. I do not think you can do that from TBrowser (@bellenot can confirm I guess). Of course that’s possible using C++ in command line or in a script.
