How to do the histogram polar in the ROOT

How I can do the histogram polar (in azimuth angle) as described in the figure below,

(I Think that this figure was created in the CMSSW, am I right?)

You can use the "POL" option. There is an example in the documentation:

If you want to map the histogram’s bins’ shapes exactly on the detector shape TH2Poly is an other possibility.
