Help in program which read a data from excel file

I need a c++ program which read a data from excel file and and make a histogram on root. I shall be thankful to you thanks

ROOT cannot directly read the Excel file format. But you can export the Excel data to a CSV, which can be processed e.g. by RDataFrame. See here for further information:
