Failed when using Doxygen to transform Root source code to .chm file

I used software Doxygen to transforn Root source code(vertion 6.22 or 6.24) to .chm file, the same errors occured:

“no much memory to do this”

but successfully for Geant4.chm and Garfield++.chm,
Root.chm failed because Root source code is much larger and complicated?
who does this job successfully? and can you sharing your experience?

Please read tips for efficient and successful posting and posting code

ROOT Version: 6.24
Platform: windows 10
Compiler: vs2019

I see this .chm format is windows related. I never tried to do such conversion. I cannot help you with that. Yes my guess is that ROOT might be too big for that. If you search on the web you find people already encounter this problem.
