Documentation of environment variable expansion in TEnv

Hello Rooters,

I just learned that the TEnv class does not expand all environment variables unless they are surrounded in parentheses. As an example, suppose I have a globalenv.dat file that has the following line

MySettings.calibrationfile : $workdir/calibration.dat

In this case, the $workdir variable is not expanded. It does, however, included as follows:

MySettings.calibrationfile : $(workdir)/calibration.dat

There is nothing on the TEnv reference page that states this and I suggest the inclusion of some information concerning it.
