Do ratio between two TEfficiencies (or TGraphAsymmErrors)

I am writing to see if anyone know the tricks to do ratio between two TEfficiencies or TGraphAsymmErrors objects? I am doing a scale factor study and would like to see if there is standard tool to do so with proper error handling.
