Delphes Tree is empty

Can you give a bit more details ? what is the ROOT file ? how was it generated ?

I generated signal with madgraph and the output file is tag_1_delphes_events.root but the tree is empty

and here is the otput of print command

root version 6.22.08 and Delphes 3.5.0

At that point, you should investigate the program creating and filling the TTree and try to understand why it has been created but not filled.
