Define the position of drawn text inside bins in TH2

I am trying to find out if it possible to define where inside a bin the text is drawn in a TH2.

I found this one:
root.cern.ch/root/html/THistPainter.html#HP15
which is not provide the ability to determine the position inside the bin (i.e. top, middle, bottom) where the
text is drawn.

Well, there is apparently no easy way of controlling the position inside the bin, maybe our graphics expert has a proper answer to this question, but is away for a couple of weeks…

I think the help is quite clear:

[…] it is also possible to use “TEXTnn” in order to draw the text with the angle nn (0 < nn < 90).
For 2D histograms the text is plotted in the center of each non empty cells. […]

So the text is always drawn in the center of the bin. You can change the text angle.
