Dead link in TSpectrum doc

Hello, in the TSpectrum documentation, the links to Spectrum.doc and *gz files are dead.
Thanks in advance for the fix.

These dead links are now fixed. They will show up correctly on the web after the nightly build of the reference guide (tonight).
