Is it possible to generate a RooDataSet from a TTree while applying a cut to a variable not imported into the dataset? I see this question has been posed before, a little over a year ago, here:
Has this functionality been added to RooDataSet? My attempts passing a RooFormularVar to impose a cut on a non-imported variable seem to suggest it has not.
