Combined fit

Hello!
I’m trying to perform a combined fit of three gaussian functions integrated over a square domain. Unfortunately, the data set I have are asymmetric and so I introduced a parameter (alpha) to taking into account this asymmetry. The first fit is quite perfect but the other two not.
I have no idea how to improve the second and third fits.
Can anyone help me? I would be immensely happy.
