You screen dump is very are to read. It seems you have an issue with “{” . Can you post the faulty file ?

and welcome to the ROOT forum!

We have seen this issue on Windows debug builds (note that Windows releases are still experimental).
How did you install ROOT exactly, e.g. exactly which binary did you download from where etc.?

Sorry for the super late reply. However, I googled about the problem and I found that I needed to use a void to solve the problem. It was so strange for me because while I was learning about the root from the channel ACU Engineering and Physics, it didn’t use anything like that. Maybe it works for Linux that way but not for windows.
