Bragg Peak analysis with Root

Hi all, noob post here.

I’ve done a search on this but no suitable results.

I have a ton of Bragg peaks in Root and need to do some analysis of those B-P’s. All I need from them are the d’80 and d’20 values which would require a spine fit before determining those values. I have generated csv files from those Root files but they are returning “strange” results. I’d like to try and narrow down the source of those strange results.

Has anybody done similar?

Hi,

We don’t have specific tools for Bragg peaks in ROOT. However, you might use some of the generic modelling tools we have, such as RooFit
