I am using a RooBDecay to describe time-dependent CP violation. When using a mean resolution model, the asymmetry plot looks as expected
When switching to per-event time errors for the resolution model, using a full pdf as a product of a conditional RooBDecay and the per-event pdf model, the plotted asymmetry looks wrong:
The question now is: Why? Using ProjWData does not seem to fix the problem. And this is not a problem of the RooBDecay only. I tried the same with a RooBCPGenDecay as well.
These plots were produced using RooFit v3.54. I attached the Code to create these plots.
