I’m not sure what a multiplicity plot is.
It would be very helpful if you could provide a minimal example that shows what you would like to achieve and what went wrong with what you tried.
In any case, given a ROOT histogram, you can retrieve its contents e.g. with h->GetXAxis()->GetXbins()
and at that point you can manipulate the bin contents as you wish.

Multiplicity plot is a graph of frequency of electrons VS number of electrons that I want to obtain. I have histos h1 h2 h3 so on but don’t know how to make multiplicity plot from them.

We are a bit lost here, we don’t have enough information. What’s in your ROOT file? Please share the part of tree->Print()
that’s relevant for your task. A multiplicity plot can be created from the counts of electrons, which should be part of your ROOT file. Going through ASCII is certainly not what you will want to do…

take a look at our histogram and TTree tutorials: https://root.cern/doc/master/group__Tutorials.html .
They show how to read data from a ROOT file and plot histograms.
Alternatively RDataFrame offers a higher-level interface to do the same (tutorials here).
