Add some methods to TStyle class

Hi, ROOT developers!

I think it would be rational to have the possibility to tune all aspects of TLegend appearance using TStyle methods. Some corresponding TStyle member functions are already present in ROOT6 (SetLegendBorderSize, SetLegendFont, SetLegendTextSize, …). However some are absent (SetLegendTextColor, SetLegendFillStyle, SetLegendLineColor, …).

Is there the possibility to implement these missing methods int TStyle class?
