Writing distributions into root format

Hello,

I have macro which produces Scale factor distributions. Now I want to write these SF distributions into to root format in order read them by another macro. Please suggest me how to do that?

Hi,

what kind of objects are these SF distributions? The answer to this question can drastically influence the answer to yours, e.g. if these entities are RooFit pdfs or another kind of object.
