What versions of python can I use with the binaries you provided?

I see that there are binaries made available already:

and I also see:

“You must download the binary built with the exact same version of Visual Studio (and Python) than the one installed on your system.“

What version of python corresponds to all those binaries? I reckon is 3.11? Because I see that in the names of some of the tarballs. What should we do if we want to move to 3.12 or 3.13? Should we build from source?

By the way, 3.11 is old by now, I would expect binaries working for at least 3.12 and ideally 3.13.
