Warning in hadd

Hi

I have 3 files with one Ntuple in each file and i want to merged them into one file but when i use hadd i have this error:

Warning in TBranch::AddBasket: The assumption that out-of-order basket only comes from disk based ntuple is false.

The merged file is created but i can’t open a branch that i need, if i open the branch root crashes ! (it’s always the same branch)

Any idea :question:

Hi,

can you put the files somewhere so we can access them? E.g. afs or web server?

The 3 files and the merged one. You can’t plot the Pt spectra in the merged file.

I cannot reproduce this with the current trunk nor with v5.25/02. Which ROOT version do you use? Could you try v5.25/02? You can pick it up from /afs/cern.ch/sw/lcg/app/releases/ROOT/5.25.02/.

I use root v5-24-00a

A priori this was fixed in the trunk by revision 29401 (a few months ago).
