Update Terms of Use and Privacy Policy?

Hello!
I’ve wandered across the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages. They appear to have been updated 10 years ago and might not reflect the current state of affairs. In addition, I was confused by the apparently forgotten template stubs, like “company_short_name” and “company_domain”.
