when I reated the account on ROOT forum i subscribed to some meassages which I am receiving by e-mail. I would like to unsubscribe, how to do it?

If you mean just unsubscribing from certain e-mail notifications:
Click “User Control Panel” in the topleft, then “Manage subscriptions” - from there you can tick the boxes to the right of threads you don’t want to watch any more and click “Unwatch marked” underneath.
