Unavailable links for downloading root

Hello,

I would like to download
Mac OS X 10.7 x86-64 with clang v3, version 5.34.00 but it seems that
the link is dead
ftp://root.cern.ch/root/root_v5.34.00.m … 386.tar.gz
(also the link for the complete source is dead ftp://root.cern.ch/root/root_v5.34.00.source.tar.gz)
When it will be again available ?

I’m also seeing this problem - none of the tarballs that I’ve tried are available, looks like the ftp server is down?

Hi,

I have been having this problem since monday and I still can’t access the ftp site. When I follow the link it never downloads the tar ball.

Hi Jazmin,

Both links work for me from both CERN and Fermilab. If you still can not download it I suspect a problem on your end (your institution and/or internet provide might be block ftp or some other problem).
