Unable to Install v5.34.36 on Win10

I have had difficulty for some time installing v5.34.36 on my Windows 10 laptop, after a fairly painless installation within an Ubuntu virtual box. Attached are the CMake error and output logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to disable vc (“cmake -Dvc=OFF …”)
