TTree::Draw with 4D or 3D+COL option & palette

Bonjour,

The TTree::Draw at 4D or 3D+“COL” option present “strange” behaviour (i.e different from expected for 2D plots): the gStyle->SetPalette(…) doesn’t seem to have any effect on the colour usage.
It would be nice to be able to see the color scale (“ZCOL”) also.

In the CVS head, the palette is drawn for 3-d scatter-plots if
you specify the option “colz”. I also changed the algorithm
selecting the color number, such that this option will also work
if you define your own color palette…

I also modified the algorithm for 4-D scatter-plots in the same way,
but a bit more work is still required to get the palette drawn
with 4-d scatter-plots.
