TNetXNGFile errors

Hello. I am bugged by these errors and don’t know what to do. Could you help?

Error in TNetXNGFile::Open: [FATAL] Redirect limit has been reached
Error in TNetXNGFile::Open: [ERROR] Server responded with an error: [3005] Server error: No user mapping

Hi Viesturs,

it seems there is a problem opening the file you want to study.
Are you sure the problem is on the ROOT side and the path and file are sane?

This problem was related to xrootd service, probably to grid certificate issues.
Can be closed.
