I have been trying to run TMVA, and I keep getting segmentation faults when trying to TrainAllMethods. I have attached the stack trace. I do not have this problem when I run the standard TMVAClassifictaion example. So I am worried it may be a problem with the TTree’s I am feeding TMVA. Are there problems in TTree’s that could cause a problem like this? Do you know what might be the source of the problem?
