I’d like to know if there would be a way not to draw the color scale on a TImage, without having to define a new class inheriting from it.
By the way, many thanks for the built-in palette editor - this is indeed a very useful feature.

it was implemented recently.
Use TImage::SetPaletteEnabled method.
It can be acitvated via context menu.
