The attachment data of BF3 in Magboltz

Dear experts,

Are there any references about the electron attachment data of BF3 in Magboltz? I can find the values in the code Magboltz/magboltz.f · master · garfield / garfieldpp · GitLab, but I failed to find the references there or in the manual… Thanks.
